Game Cancelation Policy: The Indiana Champions League will reschedule any full match day that is canceled due to weather. If the new date causes a conflict for the match the teams may reschedule that match only. If teams cannot agree on a new date/location on or before 7 days after the reschedule is released all games will be played as scheduled. (Rainouts: In the event that a game is canceled due to weather after the game has started the game will be considered complete if the first half is finished. In the event the first half is not finished the two teams must agree along with those referee(s) when the game will be completed. The league will not pay for another set of referees).
Referee Money: The league will send directly to the host complex (club) any referee money for games rescheduled by the deadline. In the event that a game is reschedule after the published date or due to rainouts the referee money will be made available at the next full match day play date. The published home team will be responsible for picking up the money if needed. No money will be mailed to any individual team.
Spring 2012 Reschedule Dates:
- State/President/Challenge Cup or equivalent: The Indiana Champions League will allow for teams to reschedule games when State/President/Challenge Cup or equivalent games present a conflict to scheduled Champions League games. This is only for teams that are participating in the events. If teams cannot agree on a new date/location on or before 2/28/12 the schedule will be played as published.
- The Indiana Champions League will allow for teams to reschedule any games scheduled for Wednesday or Thursday night games only. Those games must be played on or before June 10, 2012. No other requests for rescheduling will be allowed. If teams cannot agree on a new date/location on or before 2/28/12 the schedule will be played as published.
- The Indiana Champions League will allow for the games scheduled on 6/16 or 6/17 to be rescheduled.
Procedure: The teams will work with the other team to coordinate all changes, including field assignments. (Please follow this closely or your game may got rescheduled)
- The league will make sure that referees are scheduled.
- Team contact information can be found on the game schedule website. Please go the schedule page, up on the right side, Click TEAM CONTACT INFO.
- The published home team listed on schedule is responsible for communicating the new location and/or dates to the league.
